About Me
I’m a hands-on IT professional who enjoys turning unclear problems into practical, maintainable solutions. Since starting as an IT summer student in July 2025, I’ve helped expand internal IT services, support acquisitions, modernize infrastructure and take on broader leadership responsibilities.
In my current role, I help lead technology operations supporting approximately 16 offices and remote employees, working across infrastructure, user services, security and vendors.

- Led major parts of an acquisition migration across eight SharePoint sites, three file-share drives, user profiles, email and OneDrive.
- Recovered data from corrupted virtual disks and helped modernize Windows Server and domain-controller infrastructure.
- Helped implement SD-WAN connectivity and network designs for a growing multi-office environment.
- Individually managed response to a Microsoft 365 compromise incident affecting 27 accounts.
